All items are handcrafted and drawn by our talented artists, therefore we don’t usually accept returns or exchanges on the hoodies unless there is a serious flaw or manufacturing issue. However, we understand that these pieces are very sentimental and important, so if you do have an issue with your product, please feel free to contact us at info@shopkuddles.com, and we can solve the issue.
*Order issues pertaining to photo quality problems unfortunately are not able to be refunded as this issue is largely out of our control. We do reach out via email if there are any photo quality issues.

**Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
*For MANUFACTURERS DEFECTS we must be notified within 30 days of order delivery.
