All items are handcrafted and drawn by our talented artists, therefore we don’t usually accept returns or exchanges on the hoodies unless there is a serious flaw or manufacturing issue. However, we understand that these pieces are very sentimental and important, so if you do have an issue with your product, please feel free to contact us at email@example.com, and we can solve the issue.
*Order issues pertaining to photo quality problems unfortunately are not able to be refunded as this issue is largely out of our control. We do reach out via email if there are any photo quality issues.
